01
Summary.
Strict Wolf is a discipline contract, not a subscription. Once you sign a contract, the ₹500 onboarding fee is non-refundable. The ₹10,500 stake is refundable only by performing the compliance the contract requires. This page explains, in full, how refunds and cancellations are handled.
02
Onboarding fee.
The ₹500 onboarding fee covers the cost of producing your committed menu, generating your access credentials, and the operational overhead of activating your contract. It is non-refundable under any circumstance once the contract is signed, including but not limited to cancellation, medical reasons, change of mind, or technical issues that prevent you from completing verifications.
03
Daily stake.
The ₹10,500 stake is held as a refundable deposit and is returned to you ₹500 at a time, on each compliant day, into your in-app wallet. Settlement runs at 23:30 IST each day:
- If all committed meal slots for the day are successfully verified, the day is recorded as compliant and ₹500 is credited to your wallet.
- If any committed meal slot is locked as failed for the day, the day is recorded as forfeit and ₹500 is retained by Strict Wolf as liquidated damages.
Stake balance is paid out at the end of day twenty-one (21) via Razorpay, subject to KYC. There is no partial early withdrawal during an active contract.
04
Mid-contract cancellation.
You may cancel an active contract at any time by emailing support@strictwolf.com from the email address registered to your account. Upon cancellation:
- The ₹500 onboarding fee is retained.
- Any ₹500 stakes credited to your wallet for compliant days completed before cancellation are refunded to your bank account or UPI handle via Razorpay payout, subject to KYC.
- The unrealised portion of the ₹10,500 stake (the daily stakes for days not yet attempted) is retained by Strict Wolf as liquidated damages.
Cancellation is effective on the date we acknowledge receipt of your cancellation request by email. Settlements completed before that acknowledgement are not reversed.
05
Failed payments.
If your payment to Razorpay fails before a contract is created, no charge is settled and no refund is required. You may retry from the payment page. If a charge is settled by Razorpay but no contract appears on your dashboard within twenty-four (24) hours, email support@strictwolf.com with your Razorpay payment identifier and we will resolve the inconsistency within five (5) business days.
06
Disputes.
Payment disputes (chargebacks, unauthorised transaction claims, or similar) are handled through Razorpay's dispute mechanism. If Razorpay reverses a settlement at the request of your bank or card issuer, the corresponding contract may be cancelled and any wallet balance forfeited as a consequence of the reversal.
If you believe a verification result was incorrect and the outcome of the day was affected by a model error, write to support@strictwolf.com within seventy-two (72) hours of the settlement, including the day, slot, and any context you wish us to consider. We review such cases at our discretion and, where the model error is confirmed, may credit the corresponding ₹500 to your wallet as a goodwill adjustment.
07
Company shutdown.
In the event Strict Wolf is wound up, any positive stake balance computed at the moment of shutdown will be returned to operators via Razorpay payout, subject to KYC. The ₹500 onboarding fee remains non-refundable.
08
Timing.
All approved refunds are initiated within five (5) business days of approval and are typically credited to the operator's bank account or UPI handle within one (1) to three (3) business days thereafter, subject to Razorpay's processing windows and the responsiveness of the operator's bank.
09
Contact.
Cancellation requests, refund queries, and dispute submissions may be sent to support@strictwolf.com. For complaints not resolved to your satisfaction, write to grievance@strictwolf.com. Postal correspondence may be addressed to Clorse Private Limited, Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
