TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to StrictWolf, a behavioral accountability app developed and owned by Clorse Private Limited. By accessing or using StrictWolf (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to use StrictWolf. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. HOW STRICTWOLF WORKS

StrictWolf helps users commit to their diet goals through financial incentives:

  • You deposit a one-time amount of ₹15,000.
  • Every day you stick to your meal plan (verified via AI), ₹500 is returned to you.
  • If you miss a day or fail to meet the meal goal, the ₹500 for that day is forfeited.

4. REFUND AND FORFEITURE POLICY

  • Forfeited amounts are non-refundable.
  • If you choose to cancel mid-way, you can retrieve only the remaining refundable balance.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Log meals accurately and honestly using the designated formats (text, photos, wearable integrations, etc.).
  • Do not attempt to manipulate or cheat the AI review system.

6. AI REVIEW AND DISPUTES

Our AI system determines whether daily goals were met. Users can raise a dispute within 24 hours of a forfeit. Clorse Private Limited has final discretion over dispute outcomes.

7. LICENSE AND RESTRICTIONS

We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the App. You are restricted from:

  • Reproducing or redistributing the app’s code or design.
  • Commercial use of any StrictWolf materials without written consent.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with any app logic or AI system.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of suspected fraud, policy violations, or abuse of the system.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

StrictWolf and Clorse Private Limited are not liable for any health issues, missed goals, or indirect losses incurred through the use of the app. Your dietary choices and meal plan are your own responsibility.

10. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the app after such updates will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
