How is this different from...
How is this different from cult.fit?
Cult.fit is a gym subscription. You pay monthly and they hope you show up. We sell a 21-day challenge and check whether you actually ate what you said you would. You can pay cult.fit for a year and never go. You cannot pay StrictWolf for a day and not get checked.
How is this different from a personal trainer?
A trainer holds you accountable for the hour you spend with them. StrictWolf holds you accountable for the other twenty-three. The trainer does not know what you ate at 11 PM. The AI does.
How is this different from HealthifyMe?
HealthifyMe depends on you logging what you ate. You log what you wanted to eat, not what you did. StrictWolf moves the proof into the camera. There is no negotiation between what you photographed and what you put in your mouth.
How is this different from Whoop or Oura?
Whoop and Oura measure what you did. StrictWolf makes you do it. A Whoop band tells you your strain was high yesterday. StrictWolf takes ₹500 from your account if you did not eat what you committed to.
How is this different from Stickk or dietbet?
Stickk and dietbet rely on referees and self-reported outcomes. We rely on AI verification of every meal photographed in real time. Less negotiable. Less gameable. Same family of mechanic.
01
The obvious questions.
Why would I pay ₹11,000 for something I already know I can't stick to?
Because you can't stick to it without something on the line. The ₹500 onboarding fee covers meal plan setup. The remaining ₹10,500 is yours to win back, ₹500 for every day you actually eat what you committed to. Most people get back ₹8,000 to ₹9,800. The ones who don't stick to it lose money. That's the deal.
How is this different from another diet app I'll stop opening after a week?
Every other diet app asks you to find motivation. StrictWolf asks you to put money down first. You don't have to remember to open the app — you'll remember because ₹500 disappears every night you skip a meal. Notifications can be muted. A debit cannot.
What if I just don't lose any weight?
We're not selling weight loss. We're selling enforcement of the meal plan you committed to. The plan is calibrated by your stats and goal. If you eat what you said you would for 21 days, body changes follow. If they don't, that's a macro problem we'll help you fix on your next challenge.
What if I'm traveling or have a wedding or a work dinner?
If the meal isn't on your committed plan, that day forfeits. ₹500 stays with us. We deliberately do not let you swap meals mid-challenge. The whole point is that you can't negotiate with yourself in the moment.
What if the AI gets it wrong?
Re-record up to three times per meal. If it's still failing, the problem is usually that the meal doesn't match what you committed to. The AI is not the part that fails most often — the meal plan match is.
Is this gambling?
No. There's no chance involved. Whether you get the money back is entirely a function of what you eat. The product is a commitment device, same family as Stickk or dietbet, with stricter verification.
02
How it works.
How long is the challenge?
21 days. Day 1 starts the morning after your payment confirms. Settlement runs every night. The final day settles on day 21.
How does the AI actually verify my meals?
You record a three-second live video at each meal. The app extracts six frames and sends them to a model that compares what it sees to your committed meal plan. Verification happens in real time. Gallery uploads aren't accepted.
Can I eat vegetarian, non-vegetarian, or both?
Both. The catalog includes vegetarian, non-vegetarian, and protein-shake options. You pick during onboarding and can swap from a broader catalog of 40+ options per slot.
When can I upload?
The upload window runs through the day until late evening. Settlement runs every night. Uploads after that count for the next day, not the one that just settled.
Can I do this without a phone?
No. Verification happens in the mobile app. iOS and Android are both supported.
03
Money, KYC, taxes.
Which payment methods?
UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and net banking at signup. Payouts go via UPI or direct bank transfer to the account you nominate when you withdraw.
Do you charge GST?
Yes. 18% GST on the ₹500 onboarding fee only. The ₹10,500 stake is treated as a refundable deposit and isn't taxed at deposit time.
What KYC do I need to withdraw?
PAN and Aadhaar last four digits. Plus a valid UPI handle or bank account. Collected during the withdrawal flow, not at signup.
How long does the payout take?
One to three business days to your bank or UPI after KYC clears.
Is my withdrawal taxable?
It's the return of your own deposit. Not income. Talk to your CA for how it sits in your personal filing.
What if I cancel mid-challenge?
Email support@strictwolf.com. The ₹500 onboarding fee is not refundable. Any ₹500 day-stakes already earned get refunded. The unrealised portion stays with us.
04
Data, privacy, the company.
What happens to my meal videos?
Stored encrypted in our database for the duration of the challenge. Deleted within 30 days of completion. Used only for verification — not for ads, not for training third-party models, not shared.
Is this DPDP Act compliant?
Yes. Full policy at /privacy-policy. You have access, correction, erasure, and grievance rights.
Who built this?
A small Bangalore-registered company. One founder. No outside investors. See /about for the story.
What if StrictWolf shuts down mid-challenge?
Your stake balance at the moment of shutdown is returned to you via bank transfer. That's a contractual commitment in the terms of service.
