The origin
The pattern was always the same.
Over six years I lost a cumulative 27 kg and gained back 34. I had two Whoops in a drawer. Cult.fit billed me for fourteen months after my last class. The ₹47,000 I spent on trainers added up to four kilograms of permanent loss.
I tried everything you've probably tried. Personal trainers. Cult.fit. HealthifyMe. Three different food diaries. A Whoop. A continuous glucose monitor. None of them worked because none of them held me to anything. The trainer didn't care if I skipped a session. The app didn't know what I actually ate. The friend I'd betted with eventually let me off the hook.
The thing that finally worked was money. I made a private deal with myself: every time I broke my diet, ₹500 went to a charity I didn't want to support. Not a charity I liked. Some place I'd hate to give money to. The first time I lost ₹500 because I had a beer with friends, I noticed. The second time I almost lost it, I stayed home.
StrictWolf is the version of that private deal that doesn't require me to be the referee. The AI watches what I actually eat. The money settles automatically every night. I can't quietly let myself off.
I built this because I couldn't find a product that did it. If you've also tried everything, this is what's left.
